- Outer Layer – antimicrobial padding that provides sustainable corrective compression. It’s airflow and lightweight design make it ideal for daily brace wear.
- Washable Covers Included – The T-Joe Pectus Brace stands alone as the only pectus brace that includes soft, removable and washable cotton covers at no additional charge. Two sets of covers are provided to promote hygiene, comfort, and long-term wearability. This is especially beneficial for active kids and teens including those who wear the brace during sports.
Structural Design of the T-Joe Brace
Our ultra lightweight aluminum frame is engineered to deliver controlled, consistent corrective force while remaining comfortable for daily wear. Its balanced structure re-contours the patient’s chest by evenly distributing corrective pressure between the chest and back plates.
This thoughtful structural design allows the brace to hold its shape unlike those made of plastic or fabric while the precision tightening mechanism remains low-profile, solid and secure unlike braces that use velcro closures.
The chest and back plates are designed to be anatomically friendly, allowing unrestricted movement during routine activities including school physical education and most sports, making long-term wear both practical and tolerable during the bracing process.
